Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing NU LIFE NZ LIMITED's products. In order to enable you to clearly understand the relevant matters of product transportation, we have specially formulated this transportation policy, which applies to all product orders sold to the EU region. ​

I. Transportation time​
We are committed to providing you with efficient transportation services, but due to the complexity of cross-border transportation, it usually takes 20-40 days from shipment to your receipt of the goods. The transportation time will be affected by many factors, such as customs clearance procedures, logistics and distribution efficiency in the destination country, and unforeseen circumstances during transportation. Please be patient, we will closely follow up on the transportation status of the goods and provide you with feedback in a timely manner when possible. ​

II. Delivery time​
After you successfully place an order and complete the payment, we will arrange delivery for you within 5-7 working days (special customized products or during peak periods such as holidays and promotions, the delivery time may be delayed, and we will notify you in advance). Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email containing the logistics tracking number and query link to facilitate your tracking of the order transportation progress.​

3. Mode of transport​
We work with professional international logistics partners to select the most suitable mode of transport for you based on factors such as the weight and volume of the goods and your delivery address, mainly including international express delivery, international postal service, etc. Different modes of transport have slight differences in transportation time and service characteristics. We will try our best to balance cost and timeliness to ensure that your goods are delivered safely and on time.
4. Customs and taxes​
Customs clearance: All goods shipped to the EU must go through the customs clearance procedures of the EU customs. During customs clearance, customs may inspect the goods, which may extend the transportation time. Please ensure that the delivery information and product declaration information provided when placing an order are accurate to avoid customs clearance delays caused by incorrect information. ​
Taxes: According to EU customs regulations, imported goods may be subject to tariffs, value-added tax (VAT) and other taxes. These taxes are calculated and levied by local customs in the EU based on the value, type and relevant tax rates of the destination country of the goods, and the specific amount cannot be estimated in advance. Our product prices do not include such taxes and fees, and the taxes and fees must be borne by you. If the customs requires payment of taxes and fees, please cooperate with the customs to complete the payment so that the goods can be received smoothly. If the goods are detained or returned due to your failure to pay taxes and fees, the additional costs and losses incurred shall be borne by you. ​

V. Special Circumstances ​
Force majeure: If the transportation is delayed or interrupted due to force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, public health events, etc.), we will notify you in time and work with logistics partners to resume transportation as soon as possible. However, in such cases, we cannot bear the direct or indirect losses caused by delays or interruptions. ​
Wrong address or undeliverable: Please be sure to carefully check the delivery address when placing an order. If the goods cannot be delivered normally due to reasons such as the wrong, incomplete or undeliverable address you provided, the logistics provider may charge additional re-dispatch or return fees, which shall be borne by you. If the goods are returned, we will refund you after receiving the returned goods, but deduct the shipping costs and related procedures incurred.
